Search and Exam

Our turn around time for searches is between 48-72 hours (depending on the length of search); title commitments and any other lender required docs are immediately produced upon receipt thereof. While we are waiting for the searches to come in we perform a preliminary title search from the county’s public records internet database in order to clear up any existing clouds on the title or catch any title issues that the abstractor may fail to find.
